From this investigation our project brief will be agreed.
Secondly we prepare an honest and straightforward proposal for your approval. This proposal will identify solutions and will be tailor made to suit your circumstances. Our services for implementation are available on a Consultancy or Interim Management basis.
Finally having delivered the solution you are not abandoned and forgotten. You can be Optiprised on an ongoing, regular and frequent basis – when and at what frequency is for you to decide.
Our fees
Our fees vary with the work undertaken and are included as part of the proposal. Should the work take less time than anticipated we are happy to pass on any savings to you. Thus ensuring value for money and keeping the control of your spending in your hands.
